Helpt is seeking multiple IT Support Agents to join the team. We provide 24x7x365 on-shore white-labeled technical support for MSP, Technology, and Product sectors whose clients rely on them for support at all hours.

The initial training lasts about three weeks, Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM ET. Pay starts at $18–$20/hour based on experience, with 40 hours per week and a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills (phone often primary tool).
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Motivated self-starter with passion for technology and support.
• Previous MSP experience is a major plus.
• L1 technical experience in a helpdesk environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; home-lab counts.
• Customer-service oriented; delighted by helping people.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Mac operating systems.
• Desire to see printers launched into the sun.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistently excellent, friendly, and professional service to clients and end users
• Handle inbound IT help desk and product support calls, tickets, and service requests
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently while providing clear communication, empathy, and a positive customer experience
