Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to provide remote technical support to users across multiple environments in a 24/7/365 operation. You will troubleshoot issues, manage requests, and deliver a friendly, professional experience while collaborating with support teams.

The role offers structured onboarding, exposure to diverse technologies, and opportunities to grow in a fast-paced IT environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level technical support experience, including Level 1 helpdesk.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with macOS operating systems and user support issues.
• Strong verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Excellent customer service skills including patience, empathy, active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional technical support to clients and end users across environments.
• Handle incoming helpdesk calls, support tickets, and service requests with accurate documentation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and product issues using a structured approach.
• Communicate technical information clearly to users with different knowledge levels.
• Deliver a positive customer experience with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage multiple requests, prioritize urgency, and document steps and resolutions.
• Support users with Windows and macOS, improving usability.
• Follow established procedures, escalation guidelines, and service standards.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate complex issues and achieve timely resolutions.
• Participate in training and ongoing development to strengthen knowledge.
