Job summary

Proton Dealership IT, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to be the first line of contact for customers and guide them through troubleshooting their technical issues.

You will document problems in Proton's ticketing system, troubleshoot hardware on desktops and laptops, and work with switches, routers, and firewalls to maintain network health. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships and rapid resolution.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT Helpdesk/Desktop Support required.
• Knowledge of Windows Active Directory domains required.
• Experience with Windows Server and Exchange Server versions listed.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly document problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolution via Proton's ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and replace failed computing hardware on desktops and laptops.
• Work with troubleshooting switches, routers, and firewalls while understanding their roles.
