Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking a motivated Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our fully remote IT support team. You will provide responsive, high‑quality tech support to a remote workforce, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues with strong troubleshooting and excellent communication.

This role focuses on owning tickets, assisting with onboarding, maintaining IT documentation, and collaborating with IT leadership on process improvements. Must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of Helpdesk or IT support experience, ideally in remote or multi-location environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and remote-access tools.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, Windows & MacOS.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system for remote employees.
• Manage and elevate tickets with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac workstations, devices, and network connectivity.
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, document management, video conferencing, and authentication tools.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding including account setup and device configuration.
• Maintain IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and confidentiality requirements.
