TopDog Law is seeking a Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist to support a fully remote workforce across locations. Provide responsive Tier 1 technical help, troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity, and ensure a great user experience for attorneys, paralegals, and staff.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of Helpdesk or IT support experience, ideally in a remote or multi-location environment.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 across Windows and MacOS.
• Excellent communication with a customer-service mindset and ability to work EST hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system for remote employees across multiple locations.
• Manage and elevate tickets appropriately, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac workstations, accessories, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, document management, video conferencing, and authentication tools.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding, including account setup, device configuration, and user orientation.
• Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on process improvements, recurring issue analysis, and system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to security policies, confidentiality requirements, and compliance standards relevant to legal environments.
