TopDog Law LLC is seeking a Junior IT Helpdesk Specialist to support a fully remote workforce across multiple locations. The role emphasizes Tier 1 technical support, fast ticket resolution, and strong communication skills to ensure minimal downtime and excellent user experience.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of IT helpdesk experience, solid knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and comfort with Windows and MacOS. EST business hours are required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of Helpdesk or IT support experience, ideally in a remote or multi-location environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, networking, and remote-access tools.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace & Microsoft 365, Windows & MacOS, and common collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system for remote employees across locations.
• Manage and elevate tickets with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Mac workstations, devices, and network problems.
