TEKsystems is seeking Help Desk Support Specialists to join a high-volume service desk in Madison, WI. The role focuses on first-level technical support, account access assistance, and incident documentation to ensure timely resolution.

You will handle password resets, basic IT issues, and escalations as needed while delivering strong customer service to a diverse user base. This contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement and a 4pm–12:30am schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of experience in customer service and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Experience in call center or high-volume phone support environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues, including password resets and account access.
• Document, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service while supporting a diverse user base.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve service delivery.
