Job summary

TEKsystems' client is seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk/Desktop Support technician to join the team in Huntsville, AL. You will support internal users across the US via phone, desk-side, and remote management tools, handling hardware setups, licensing, and access provisioning.

This contract-to-hire role requires experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, VMware, and SharePoint, with a focus on customer service and effective issue resolution. Occasional travel to nearby sites may occur.

Qualifications

• Contract-to-hire on-site role with some remote work (1 day per week).
• Support for Windows 11, AD, VMware, and SharePoint via phone, on-site, or remote.
• Experience with imaging, hardware setup, and user provisioning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support across the U.S. via calls, tickets, and desk-side visits.
• Set up new users with hardware and manage access/licensing for devices and apps.
