Job summary

VytlOne is seeking an IT Service Technician II to deliver complex hardware repairs and proactive system support for a nationwide remote-enabled team. You will diagnose issues, install new PCs, and manage access while upholding service levels across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of PC maintenance experience, familiarity with ITIL or Cobit, and strong customer-service skills in a corporate healthcare environment. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field or equivalent certification/experience preferred.
• 5+ years PC maintenance/repair and software support experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL or Cobit frameworks.
• Retail pharmacy operations desirable.
• Experience in corporate environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware and software problems across computer systems.
• Perform complex hardware repairs and maintenance on PCs and peripherals.
• Provide advanced hardware technical assistance and support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and communications failures.
• Install, configure, and integrate new computer systems and hardware for users.
• Manage user access provisioning in line with policies and procedures.
• Document progress of issues and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support audits related to system access and software licensing.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in all interactions.
