Job summary

Carilion Clinic is seeking a Field Services Technician I to install and support voice and data devices, including PCs, printers, phones, and tablets. You will troubleshoot on-site and remotely, assist with small projects, and coordinate with vendors and teams to resolve incidents.

The role requires an Associate's degree or 2 years of related experience, 2 years in computer electronics/PC support, and certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Dell Hardware.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years experience may substitute for degree.
• 2 years experience in computer electronics or PC/telephony support required.
• CompTIA A+ or Dell hardware certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and support desktop hardware and peripherals in the enterprise.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware/software issues.
• Travel between Carilion facilities to install and service equipment.
