Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Remote Field Technician to support users across North Carolina, including Raleigh–Durham and coastal locations. You will troubleshoot on-site and remotely, document site actions, and communicate effectively with partners and users.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or College degree in Information Technology.
• Two to five years experience supporting end-user devices in Windows and Citrix environments.
• A+ Certification and MCDST certifications are preferred.
