Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves on-site hardware-focused break-fix services and troubleshooting for designated client equipment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, a technical school certification or equivalent, and the ability to drive to client locations. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant field experience preferred.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
