Job summary

Prism Health North Texas is seeking an IT Field Technician to deliver remote, deskside, and onsite IT service desk support across our clinics. The role emphasizes a world‑class client experience, adherence to documented policies, and timely escalation when needed.

You will troubleshoot desktop, network, and software issues, assist with device setups, and maintain thorough documentation in our ticketing system, contributing to high client satisfaction and smooth clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in supporting Microsoft Environments.
• Uses sound judgement when working with clients; works well without supervision.
• Knowledge of VoIP, voicemail, analog, and vendor specific hardware/software.
• Excellent problem-solving and client relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic desktop, software, network, and server issues.
• Assist users with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software.
• Provide fast and friendly support for clinical end users, providers, and executives.
• Maintain availability in service desk queue to minimize hold times.
• Document work on tickets and projects in real time within the ticketing system.
