Job summary

Zeitview is seeking a mid-level IT Engineer to own core systems, infrastructure, and security for a fully remote US-based team. You’ll serve as an escalation point for tricky issues, partner with IT leadership on tool rollouts, and mentor junior staff across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in IT engineering, systems administration or related role.
• Experience administering identity and SaaS platforms (Okta, Google Workspace, M365).
• Strong networking, cloud and scripting skills for remote workforce.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer core business systems (identity/SSO, endpoint management, SaaS platforms).
• Design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for a remote workforce.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues and mentor junior staff.
• Manage IT security fundamentals and audit readiness with security team.
• Administer and monitor cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cost hygiene.
• Lead or contribute to IT projects from scoping to rollout.
• Build automation and scripts to reduce manual IT work.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation for processes and incident response.
• Collaborate with People, Security, and Engineering teams.
