Job summary

Findem is seeking a Contract IT Support Engineer to scale our global IT operations. You will partner with the IT Manager to deliver reliable end-user support, manage devices, and advance security and compliance across a fast-growing SaaS company.

This hands-on role covers onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, Google Workspace and Jira administration, and cross-region support during US business hours, helping ensure secure, compliant systems and smooth employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support or systems support experience.
• Willing to work in US shift timings.
• Hands-on with macOS and Windows laptops and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with MDM tools (Rippling, Intune, Jamf, Kandji).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, Wi‑Fi) and good communication.

Responsibilities

• End-User Technical Support Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for macOS, Windows, applications, network, VPN, and SSO.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across regions and time zones.
• Manage IT tickets with defined SLAs.
• Onboarding & Offboarding Configure and provision laptops and devices using MDM tools.
• Create, modify and deactivate user accounts across business applications.
• Ensure timely access, equipment delivery, and smooth employee transitions.
• Coordinate device inventory and asset tracking; ensure security configurations.
