Job summary

Plaud Inc. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for our US employees, owning onboarding, device provisioning, and day-to-day operations.

You will be part of a global IT team serving the US and APAC regions from our San Francisco base. In this role you will help administer cloud-based identity and device management platforms, support the macOS and Windows fleets, and refine service desk workflows.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills on macOS and Windows.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365; familiarity with ITSM/ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for IT requests in person, chat, and service desk.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, access, networking, and peripherals; escalate as needed.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding: accounts, devices, access, and first-day IT setup.
• Track hardware inventory and lifecycle; support conference rooms, AV, printers, and networks.
