This highly visible, customer-facing role requires strategic sales leadership with a technical background in HVAC, mission-critical infrastructure, or data center solutions, owning account strategies, proposals, and commercial negotiations, while coordinating with marketing, engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience in HVAC, IT cooling, or data center infrastructure.
• Experience managing manufacturers’ reps, distributors, or channel partners.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives for the IT Cooling product line.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities and strategic accounts nationwide.
• Lead proposals, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions from pursuit to award.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive solutions addressing customer needs.
