Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in HVAC or data center infra.
• Experience managing channel partners and strategic accounts.
• Strong negotiation and proposal development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for IT Cooling products nationwide.
• Identify and pursue new national accounts and opportunities.
• Lead proposals, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Build relationships with distributors and channel partners.
