Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Change Management Analyst to plan and monitor changes, lead project portions, and ensure risk-aware ITIL/Change Enablement practices. The role supports CAB activities, reviews RFCs, and collaborates with cross-functional teams while working primarily from home with occasional on-site meetings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT operations/ITSM in regulated environments, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with ServiceNow and cybersecurity considerations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, IT Service Management, production support, technology risk, or related field.
• Experience reviewing RFCs for technical accuracy, readiness, risk assessment, testing and backout planning; supporting CAB activities and governance.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Enablement, ServiceNow, enterprise infrastructure, cloud tech, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or ServiceNow are a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor smaller-scale change management projects and direct portions of larger projects.
• Lead or support change management activities and CABs with guidance to less experienced staff.
• Review RFCs for technical accuracy, readiness, risk, testing, and backout planning.
• Ensure compliance with risk management and cybersecurity practices; identify process improvements.
• Leverage metrics and trends to improve change quality and implementation success.
