Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Change Management Analyst to plan and monitor smaller scale change management projects and direct specific portions of larger scale projects with limited supervision.

The ideal candidate will review RFCs, participate in CAB activities, and apply ITIL change enablement practices, while collaborating across IT and business teams. This remote-first role may require occasional on-site visits to Regions offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with five years of related work experience.
• OR High School Diploma or GED with nine years of related work experience.
• Experience reviewing RFCs, CAB activities, and governance processes; ITIL/ServiceNow familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recommends and develops strategies for implementing internal or external changes.
• Performs system design, programming, network planning, budget planning, and database management.
• Leads or supports change initiatives and informs stakeholders of upcoming changes.
• Manages backlog of operational changes and prioritizes effects.
• Ensures compliance with risk management programs and cybersecurity practices.
