Job summary

reputed company is seeking a BDE/Account Manager for IT & MSP sales. This remote role requires travel to reputed company sites up to 50% and is full-time exempt. Compensation ranges from $100k–$130k base plus bonus and commission, with total target $150k–$250k+.

The candidate will cover assigned regions, engage with software partners, manage the full sales cycle, and build strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Strong IT services knowledge and proven quota attainment are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably IT.
• Strong knowledge of IT services, managed services, cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned geography to identify sales opportunities and quotas.
• Engage with software partners to identify opportunities and obtain certifications.
• Capture customer requirements and manage the full sales cycle to deal closure.
• Prepare compelling presentations and tailored proposals for clients.
