• 3+ years IT experience in a help desk or systems administration role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-to-user IT support and monitor MSP help desk systems.
• Purchase and manage inventory of tech assets and accessories.
• Ensure devices are enrolled in Mobile Device Management and managed.
• Apply software updates and monitor security events.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning.
• Assist with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and related apps.
• Support cybersecurity training and phishing/smishing simulations.
• Contribute to special IT projects and implementations.
