Job summary

You will manage Windows and macOS devices, oversee Office 365 administration, and keep the office running smoothly with hands-on problem solving. Occasional travel to regional facilities, including West Virginia, is required as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, hands-on IT support to the DC team.
• Manage hardware lifecycle for Windows and macOS laptops and peripherals.
• Maintain office tech setups including conference rooms, AV, network printers.
• Manage user access and licensing across Office 365.
• Occasional travel to West Virginia for site setup and support.
