Job summary

Habitat Health is seeking an IT Associate to keep our multi‑site PACE centers running securely and reliably. You will own hands‑on engineering across endpoints, networking, cloud, printing, AV, phone, and digital signage, and automate repetitive work with scripts and playbooks.

You will build tools and dashboards using PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph, and Power Automate, while supporting printers, AV gear, and multi‑site IT operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on IT experience; 1+ year in IT/engineering/technical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a methodical approach to isolating issues across hardware, software, and network layers.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting/CIDR, Wi‑Fi, VPN, diagrams).
• Understanding of Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android, hypervisors, virtual machines, RDP, and SSH.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Hands‑on experience with printers, AV equipment, and peripherals.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical topics to non‑technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver IT projects from scoping through deployment and documentation, including secure badge‑release printing and new site setups.
• Deploy and maintain conference room technology, administer digital signage and phone systems.
• Build onboarding/offboarding playbooks and automation; contribute scripts, tools, dashboards and docs (PowerShell, Python, Graph, Power Automate).
• Support multi‑site printers, peripherals, and AV equipment; manage hardware setup and firmware.
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure with switches, WLAN, firewalls, VPNs, CIDR/subnetting; document fixes.
• Administer SaaS apps including access reviews, license optimization, and SSO configuration.
• Stay current with tech trends to inform hardware purchasing and recommendations.
• Manage Entra ID and Microsoft 365 policies (user/group, conditional access, Windows Server admin).
• Follow HIPAA and security best practices in all work.
