Job summary

Catholic-Health-Services seeks an IT Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day platform administration and desktop support across multiple sites. You will support user platforms, assist senior engineers, and help maintain security tools such as CrowdStrike and Mimecast.

You will manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365, deploy desktops, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Travel between sites may be required, and home support tools are provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field with 3–5 years of system administration experience
• Experience as a System Administrator with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations like HIPAA and cloud/virtualization technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated help desk issues
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365 user accounts, permissions, and group policies
• Deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices across multiple sites
• Support email, Office 365, and collaboration tools
• Assist with endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike and email filtering
• Troubleshoot system, application, and device issues across locations
• Document procedures and changes to support compliance and continuity
• Assist infrastructure teams with routine maintenance tasks
