Habitat Health is seeking an IT Associate to keep our multi-site PACE centers running securely and reliably. You will own hands-on engineering across endpoints, networking, cloud, printing, AV, phone, and digital signage, and help build playbooks for the internal IT team.

The role requires experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment, scripting, and cloud familiarity, with remote work and 25% travel to Habitat Health sites. Competitive compensation and benefits offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in a healthcare or HIPAA-regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across hardware, software and network layers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-tech teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT projects from scoping to deployment and documentation.
• Deploy conference room tech and digital signage; manage phone systems.
• Create onboarding/offboarding playbooks and automation; write scripts and dashboards.
• Support printers, AV gear, and peripherals across sites.
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, VPNs, and security practices.
• Manage SaaS apps, license reviews, and SSO configurations.
• Stay current with tech trends to inform purchasing decisions.
