Job summary

Paragon Behavioral Health Connections is hiring an IT Support Specialist to be the hands-on technology generalist supporting staff across Google Workspace, Windows, and Chromebook devices. The role is remote-first with 1–2 days per week in the Lakewood office to handle laptops and phones, ideal for someone with a couple of years of help-desk experience seeking broader ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or desktop support.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable with Windows and ChromeOS; basic macOS/iOS knowledge.
• Understand security basics: phishing, MFA, least privilege, device encryption.

Responsibilities

• Own the support ticket queue, triage, resolve, and document resolutions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, email, and connectivity for staff on-site and remotely.
• Manage user accounts and access in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; onboard/offboard staff.
• Support security initiatives including MFA/passkeys rollout and incident response.
