Job summary

Catholic Health Services is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain desktop and endpoint infrastructure across our multi-site organization. The role focuses on operational support, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and platform administration.

You will work with healthcare staff and engineers, provide Tier 2 support, document changes for compliance, and assist with security tooling like CrowdStrike and Mimecast. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of system administration experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA) is important.
• Experience with virtualized and cloud computing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated help desk issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies in AD and M365.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and endpoint devices.
• Support email and collaboration tools.
• Assist with endpoint security tooling (CrowdStrike) and email filtering.
• Troubleshoot issues across multiple locations.
• Document procedures and changes for compliance and continuity.
• Assist infrastructure teams with routine maintenance.
