Great Lakes Bay Health Centers seeks a skilled IT professional to manage endpoint devices, deploy OS images, and maintain patching across the enterprise. This role supports healthcare IT environments, including asset tracking and hardware lifecycle management.

You will monitor system health, coordinate refresh cycles, and automate tasks using PowerShell or Python, contributing to secure, compliant operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Education includes high school diploma or GED; higher degrees preferred in IT.
• Certifications such as CompTIA IT are a plus; healthcare IT knowledge is desirable.
• 3–5 years enterprise desktop management or systems administration experience.

Responsabilités

• Support and maintain desktop and laptop computers at all organizational locations.
• Use endpoint management platforms to deploy and administer workstations organization-wide.
• Deploy OS images in bulk using automated deployment tools.
• Configure and maintain deployment task sequences and automation scripts.
• Monitor endpoint health and compliance across the organization.
• Coordinate hardware refreshes and asset lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues affecting multiple devices.
• Manage patching across Windows and Linux systems enterprise-wide.
• Plan, test, and deploy OS updates and security patches.
