Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland US LLP is seeking an Information Technology Engineer, Applications to support core enterprise applications and drive reliable technology for attorneys and staff.

You will partner with accounting, finance, and other business teams to deliver robust application services, manage upgrades, and ensure data security while supporting the Firm's operations and client service goals.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in a corporate or professional services setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and enterprise app environments.
• Experience with SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, Intune, and security tooling.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues across apps and data flows.
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for core business applications (Aderant, Interaction CRM, iManage).
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Administer configuration, access, and support across production and test environments.
• Partner with business teams to maximize value of technology investments.
• Plan upgrades, deployments, and maintenance to ensure system stability and continuity.
• Maintain integrations between enterprise apps and related platforms.
