Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Information Technology Engineer, Applications to join a dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals, and professionals. The role supports core enterprise applications, ensuring secure, reliable operation and seamless integration across systems.

Responsibilities include administering Aderant, Interaction CRM, iManage Work/IRM, and coordinating upgrades with IT teams. A strong background in Windows environments, SQL, PowerShell, and security is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in a corporate, legal, or professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, and enterprise application environments.
• Experience with SQL, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, Intune, endpoint security, software deployment, and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary technical resource for core business applications (Aderant Billing and Time, Interaction CRM, iManage Work/IRM).
• Ensure applications are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Administer application configuration, access, and support across production/test environments.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Client Practice Development and Records teams to optimize technology value.
• Deliver advanced application support and coordinate issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and support upgrades, testing, deployments, and maintenance.
