Job summary

System One is seeking motivated, competitive, and ambitious individuals for the Traditional Account Executive role within the Contract Division. You will establish new business to maximize revenue and profits while training junior recruiters to grow into business development roles.

As part of a sales-driven environment, you will lead business development efforts locally and nationally, manage client relationships, and contribute to team success through proactive strategy and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of staffing sales, account management, or business development at an agency.
• Enthusiastic, goal oriented, ambitious and self-motivated.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Confident in decision making, direction taking and executing plans.
• Experience interfacing with clients and managing relationships.
• Experience managing a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by identifying potential clients and generating leads.
• Qualify and negotiate job orders and contracts with clients.
• Manage and train recruiters to support client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national clients.
• Collaborate with team to service current and new accounts.
