Responsibilities

Design and build solutions using iPaaS and conversational AI offerings for clients
Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations between SaaS solutions and client systems
Train customers on integration best practices and automation strategies
Gather, document, and validate integration requirements in collaboration with clients
Configure, test, and optimize integrations for performance and reliability
Provide proactive technical support and contribute to knowledge-base content for customers and internal teams
