Job summary

Orange Logic seeks an Integration Consultant to lead the implementation and integration of customized enterprise SaaS environments. The role blends technical work with direct customer interaction and requires discovery, solution design, troubleshooting, and training across complex digital asset management platforms.

You will advise on best practices, collaborate with client IT teams, and ensure scalable integrations aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
• Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including APIs and webhooks.
• Applied experience with Digital Asset Management systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Positive attitude with proactive problem solving.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage several concurrent projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducts discovery working sessions to gather and assess customer requirements.
• Proposes and builds custom solutions with a focus on scalability and customer business goals.
• Troubleshoots software-related problems in customer environments.
• Advises customers and partners with respect to technical best practices and workflow improvements.
• Serves as a customer advocate, providing tailored service and advocating for product enhancements.
• Proactively communicates cross-functionally to progress time-bound project deliverables.
• Performs customer training on general platform functionality and customer-specific customizations.
• Collaborates with customer IT teams and vendors to ensure successful integration setup and rollout.
