Crossing Hurdles seeks an Intellectual Property Counsel for a remote contract role. You will perform simulated contract negotiations, review AI responses, and help create evaluation frameworks.

The position requires 10-40 hours per week and an ABA-accredited JD with US bar admission. You will collaborate with product and research teams to refine AI-driven contract review solutions and translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Formación

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in technology transactions (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises.
• Review AI responses to contract scenarios and provide expert feedback.
• Create evaluation frameworks and grading criteria for AI contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine AI-driven contract review guidelines.
