YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Counsel (Contractor) to support a cutting-edge AI project. You will review tech contracts, draft and redline agreements, and provide strategic legal feedback.

The role focuses on technology transactions, MSA/NDAs/DPAs, risk analysis, and collaborating with product and research teams to refine guidelines and playbooks for AI-enabled contracting.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and active U.S. bar.
• 3+ years of counsel experience in technology transactions.
• Experience drafting and negotiating MSAs, NDAs and DPAs.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into AI feedback.

Aufgaben

• Perform simulated contract drafting, negotiation, and redlining exercises.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to contract and negotiation scenarios.
• Provide precise legal feedback to improve AI accuracy and reasoning.
• Develop objective evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and grading criteria for contract tasks.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to refine legal guidelines and datasets.
• Assess contractual risks and provide practical recommendations based on technology transactions.
