Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoice accuracy and completeness
• Enter invoices into our system and process for payment
• Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues
• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting processes
• Collaborate with the contract management team to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to invoice processing
