Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor who will lead the investor reporting function for assigned groups. This role oversees workflow, staffing, and escalations to ensure monthly contractual requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in investor accounting/reporting, 1+ year in team leadership, and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Position offers work-from-home with strong benefits and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly reports and remittances for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor assignments to meet deadlines for investors/trustees.
• Lead and mentor staff; hire/train; supervise performance and resolve issues.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with investors regarding reporting and cash remittances.
