Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to oversee the investor reporting function for assigned groups, assign workflow, and staff accordingly to meet monthly contractual requirements.

The role handles escalated investor accounting issues, prepares complex reports, and leads projects to improve processes. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's preferred and 5+ years in investor accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party designated by agreement, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Lead and train staff, hire and manage performance per policies and laws.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with investors on reporting and cash remittances.
• Balance interim cash and funds and onboard from prior servicer.
