Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to manage the monthly investor reporting function for assigned groups and guide workflow and staffing to meet contractual requirements. The role involves handling complex reporting, ensuring accuracy, balance, and compliance while coordinating with investors and trustees.

The position supports process improvements, leads special projects, and mentors junior staff.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• 1+ year of team lead or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly investor reports and remittances for designated groups and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor assignments to meet deadlines with investors/trustees.
• Lead staff to resolve reporting issues and enforce compliance policies.
• Prepare complex reports and present data for compliance with requirements.
• Train and mentor staff to grow the team.
