Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to lead the investor reporting function for assigned investor groups. The role includes assigning workflow, staffing, and ensuring monthly contractual requirements are met while resolving escalated investor accounting issues, with a work-from-home arrangement.

You will prepare and review complex reports related to loan servicing, monitor deadlines, work with staff to fix reporting issues, and mentor junior analysts.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party designated by agreement, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Resolve reporting issues with the trust, ensuring policy compliance and timeliness.
• Prepare complex reports and make independent judgments on data presentation for compliance.
• Assist in management responsibilities, including hiring, training, planning, directing work, and disciplinary actions.
• Communicate with investors on reporting and cash remittances.
• Set up systems for new investors/blocks based on pooling and servicing agreements.
• Balance interim cash, borrower suspense and unapplied funds; ensure funds are in house from prior servicer.
• Lead special projects, conduct research, provide information and identify solutions.
• Review pooling and servicing agreements for new deals and request new bank accounts as needed.
• Develop new processes and documentation for smoother handoffs to analysts.
• Collaborate with analysts to streamline reporting and reconciliation methods.
• Participate in interviews and provide feedback for staff performance reviews.
