Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to oversee the monthly investor reporting function, assign workflow, and manage staffing to meet contractual requirements. You will handle escalated investor accounting issues, prepare complex reports, and support compliance across servicing of loans.

The role requires 5+ years in investor accounting and reporting, with 1+ year in supervisory capacity. Work from home option with strong team leadership opportunities.

Formación

• Five or more years in investor accounting and reporting.
• One or more years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the designated party by agreement, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor assignments to meet investor/trustee deadlines.
• Resolve reporting issues with the trust and ensure policy compliance and timely issues.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance.
• Lead staff, hire/train, plan and direct work, and evaluate performance.
