Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to lead the investor reporting function for assigned investor groups. The role includes staffing and workflow management to meet monthly contractual requirements, and handling escalated investor accounting issues to ensure balance and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1)+ years of team lead or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party by the agreement deadline.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Resolve reporting issues with the trust, enforcing policies and timeliness of compliance.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Lead and train staff; manage hiring, training, directing work, and performance.

Education
