Carrington Mortgage Services, a part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor who will oversee the investor reporting function for assigned groups, assign workflow, and ensure monthly contractual requirements are met. The role includes mentoring staff, resolving reporting issues, and coordinating with investors and trustees.

Formación

• Five or more years of investor accounting and reporting experience.
• One or more years of team lead or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly investor reports and remittances and submit to the correct party designated by agreement.
• Monitor deadlines to investors/trustees and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead and mentor staff; hire, train, plan and direct work, monitor performance and address issues.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with investors regarding reporting and cash remittances.
• Balance interim cash, borrower suspense, and unapplied funds; ensure funds are in-house before boarding.
• Develop new processes and documentation to ensure smooth transitions to analysts.
• Review pooling and servicing agreements for new deals and set up bank accounts accordingly.
• Lead special projects and propose solutions; drive policy and procedure improvements.
• Sit in on interviews and provide feedback for performance reviews.

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

Five (5) plus years of investor accounting and reporting experience

One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience
