Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to oversee the investor reporting function for assigned groups, allocating workflow and staffing to meet monthly contractual requirements.

You will handle escalated investor accounting issues, balance accounts, and manage complex reporting projects, preparing financial papers and reports related to loan servicing. A bonus is offered annually along with a strong benefits package.

Formación

• Five (5) plus years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party designated by agreement.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Work with staff to resolve reporting issues with the trust, ensuring policies are enforced.
• Prepare complex reports and make independent judgement calls on data presentation for compliance.
• Lead management responsibilities including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work.
