Carrington Mortgage Services, a leader in mortgage loan servicing, is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor who will oversee the investor reporting function for assigned groups and manage workflow to meet monthly contractual requirements. The role involves handling escalated investor accounting issues, balancing accounts, and leading reporting projects with stakeholders.

This is a work-from-home position offering a competitive base with annual bonus potential.

Formación

• Five or more years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the designated party by agreement.
• Monitor assignments to meet deadlines for investors/trustees.
• Resolve reporting issues with the trust to ensure compliance and timeliness.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and train staff, hire and assign work, and manage performance.
