Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor to oversee the monthly investor reporting function, assign workflow, and supervise staff to ensure timely, compliant reporting. The role handles complex reporting projects, communicates with investors, and drives process improvements in a remote work setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Five (5) plus years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party designated by agreement, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure compliance and staff growth.
• Prepare complex reports and present data to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Communicate with investors regarding reporting and cash remittances.
• Balance interim cash, borrower suspense and unapplied funds; ensure funds are in house before boarding.
• Lead special projects, research, and propose solutions.
• Review pooling and servicing agreements for new deals and streamline reporting processes.
