Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Supervisor who will own the investor reporting function for assigned investor groups, assign workflow, and staff accordingly to meet monthly contractual requirements. The role includes handling escalated issues, balancing accounts, and leading reporting projects across loans servicing.

A strong mix of leadership and accounting expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years of related experience in investor accounting and reporting.
• One (1) or more years of Team Lead or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly reports and remittances and submit to the correct party within the required deadline.
• Monitor assignments to ensure deadlines to investors/trustees are met.
• Resolve reporting issues with the trust and enforce policies for timely compliance.
• Prepare complex reports and make judgements on data presentation for compliance.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure growth and compliance.
• Communicate with investors regarding reporting and cash remittances.
• Assist in special projects and lead others on process improvements.
