Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services, part of The Carrington Companies, is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor accounting reports, analyze results, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with servicing agreements.

You will coordinate with mortgage servicing departments, prepare wire transfers, forecast principal and interest advances, and maintain cash balances in line with investor guidelines. Remote, hourly pay range $31–$36.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of investor accounting and reporting experience required.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute daily and monthly loan-level reports to the trustee.
• Balance cash receipts and remittances; track advance activity.
• Remit funds to investors by preparing wire transfers.
• Forecast monthly principal and interest advances per pooling agreements.
• Review payment history and system postings for accuracy.
• Maintain reporting system for changes in balances and codes.
• Analyze remittance differences to ensure custodial cash accuracy.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
