Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking an Investor Reporting Analyst to generate monthly investor reports, analyze results, and ensure timely, accurate reporting in compliance with servicing agreements. This remote role supports mortgage servicing teams and investor guidelines.

The position starts at a competitive hourly rate of $31–$36 and requires 1–2 years in investor accounting, strong regulatory knowledge, and detail-oriented problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years in investor accounting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Creates and distributes loan-level monthly reports to trustees.
  • Balances cash received against remitted cash, including advance activity.
  • Prepares wire transfers to remit funds to investors.
  • Forecasts principal and interest advances for securitizations monthly.
  • Reviews payment history and system postings to balance cash activity.
  • Maintains reporting system changes to balances and codes.
  • Analyzes remittance differences to maintain custodial cash.
  • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
